Located in Davenham, Cheshire, this beautiful barn boasts expansive views over the stunning Cheshire countryside. Our clients sought to sympathetically extend the property to include a new media room/snug, a downstairs toilet, a master suite with a dressing room and en suite, as well as an expanded utility room. 

 

Working from the plans provided by G&S Designs, our in-house team crafted a stunning two-storey extension featuring a unique half brick and half western red cedar design, complete with a Juliet balcony. On the opposite side, we constructed a single-storey infill extension that tripled the size of the utility room. 

 

As part of our comprehensive turnkey package, we collaborated with the talented Fiona Watkins Designs to deliver a complete interiors package. This included elegant wall paneling, striking lighting features, and bespoke joinery crafted by the exceptional Preston Joinery. Beautiful internal doors from Vision in Steel added an industrial twist, blending old and new elements seamlessly throughout the home. 

 

The new media room/snug is equipped with a full AV system, including an 85-inch TV, and features bespoke furniture that perfectly complements the space. This project harmoniously combines modern living with the charm of the countryside.
